Mein Name ist Paula und ich bin 30 Jahre alt. Ich habe auf Lehramt für das Gymnasium und die Gesamtschule studiert. Weil mir der menschliche Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sehr wichtig ist, habe ich eine Weiterbildung zur Fachlehrerin für Kinder- und Jugendliche gemacht, die mich – neben dem regulären Unterricht – dazu befähigt, Präventivarbeit zu leisten. In meinen Präventionskursen werden Jugendliche dazu angeleitet, gesunde Routinen zu entwickeln. Die stetige Wiederholung dieser Routinen soll langfristig dazu führen, dass die Jugendlichen sie in der Zukunft als ganz natürlichen Bestandteil ihres Lebens betrachten.

Im Fokus meiner Stressmanagementkurse liegt die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Selbst! Einfühlsam lernen die Jugendlichen in diesem Kurs, ihren Emotionen Raum zu geben, über sie zu reflektieren, so bestimmte Verhaltensmuster zu entdecken und akzeptieren zu lernen.

Teil dieses Kurses ist es außerdem, auf ungesunde Verhaltensmuster psychologisch gesund reagieren zu lernen: Wie schaffe ich es, aus einer Anforderung keine Überforderung werden zu lassen? Den Jugendlichen werden hier Techniken aus dem Autogenen- und Entspannungstraining beigebracht, die sie langfristig selbst anwenden können, wenn Stress sie zu überwältigen droht.

When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
