Deze lessen zijn bedoeld voor middelbare scholieren die moeite hebben met een van de bovengenoemde vakken. Tijdens de lessen zullen we samen kijken waar de moeilijkheid zit en zal ik proberen een duidelijke uitleg te geven. Wanneer dit is gelukt zal ik naar geschikte oefeningen zoeken die verdieping kunnen geven.

Hoi! Ik ben Veerle, 21 jaar en 3e jaars Verloskundige in Opleiding in Maastricht. Gezien de opleiding spreekt het denk ik voor zich dat ik het leuk vind om anderen te helpen. Niet alleen binnen de geboortezorg spreekt mij dit aan, ook vind ik het leuk om mijn eigen kennis weer te verdiepen in de vakken die ik op de middelbare school heb gehad, maar nu eigelijk niet meer zo veel mee doe.

Mijn werkwijze werkt als volgt:
Ik heb het profiel N&G met economie gevolgd op het vwo. Alle vakken heb ik afgesloten met een 7 of hoger en kan ik dus in principe bijles in geven.
Het lijkt mij het handigst om zelf de stof , waar je moeite mee hebt, even te kunnen lezen. Dus een boek meenemen lijkt me een goed idee. Na de bijles krijg je opgaven mee naar huis die we dan de volgende keer samen bekijken. En stel alle vragen die je wilt stellen, ook die vragen die je niet in de klas durft te stellen! Domme vragen bestaan niet ;)

I recently graduated from the Lycée Franco Allemand (French German high school) in Saarbrücken, Germany but grew up in a french-speaking household, which allowed me to have a natural, bilingual uprising and excellent knowledge in both these languages. Later on in high school I also improved my English level by studying for 6 months at the Parklands Languages High School in Chorley, Lancastershire.

Since I am currently enrolled at the Maastricht Science Program at the University of Maastricht and had been following rigorous scientific education during my high school (Biology and Chemistry specialisation), I can offer tutoring in any classes and especially in the Sciences in English, French or German.

My name is Alberto . An enthusiastic 19 year old Biomedical Sciences student at Maastricht University. During my studies I deal with advanced level biological content from Molecular Biology to Human anatomy, on a daily basis. There is also a big emphasis on being able to explain and communicate newly acquired knowledge, which contributes to my teaching skills. I have previously completed 1 year (60 ECTS) in Biology at the University of Oviedo, where I also learned about general animal and plant biology, Cell Biology, Chemistry and Physics, among others. I believe that Biology can be a challenging subject for everyone, Therefore I would love to share my enthusiasm and experience on the subject with any primary/high school student who may need it. I promise you, Biology can be a fun thing to learn, specially when you understand it!
Before each session, you could for example send me which topics you would like to focus on (e.g. picture of your textbook, homework..) so that we can address it during the session. The classes would be fully given in English and focused on each student's materials. The classes can also be given in Spanish if desired by the student (native Language).

My German courses are a fully integrated approach to accommodate all learning styles and to achieve your goal in learning German, be school-, work-, travel-related. This would also include relationship-related (German family member and/or German significant other).

The coursebook I select for you serve as a foundation or "springboard". I select the German coursebook based on whether you are High School student, university student, or working adult.

I supplement each lesson with the following:
1) Online VIDEOs that fully support and interface with the content of each lesson.
2) QUIZLETs I have personally created and are tailor-made for each lesson of the course.
3)Any additional ONLINE LINKS, PDFs, and/or INTERACTIVE practice site that contribute to practice and mastery of each lesson.

All the aforementioned are designed to equally develop the four language disciplines of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The courses can be done in person, online, or a hybrid.

I have recently completed my bachelors at the Maastricht Science Programme with focus on physics and have experience in tutoring. I’m a PhD graduate in Materials Engineering with a strong foundation in maths, physics, and chemistry — subjects I’ve not only excelled in throughout my academic journey but have come to deeply enjoy. My research focused on semiconductors and materials science, and I bring that real-world scientific experience into every lesson I teach.
