I am Saphira and I moved from Austria to the Netherlands 1,5 years ago to do my Master’s in Astronomy at Leiden University. I started tutoring in high school, where I helped my classmates and younger students in various subjects. My main strengths have always been German and Mathematics. Since I began tutoring in high school and have continued ever since, I now have 7 years of tutoring experience with children, teenagers, and university students.

My teaching style is structured, patient, and goal-oriented: I break topics down into clear steps, explain the “why” behind methods, and help you practice until you feel confident. I grew up in-between Mexico and the Netherlands and completed a bilingual education in English and Spanish. I passed my GCSE examinations after Grade 10 and attained a final score of 42/45 points in the IB in 2021. After graduating from a United World College, I move to The Hague to study at Leiden University, where I obtained a BA in International Law (summa cum laude).
