Hello everyone! 😊 I am a piano student at the Mozarteum University and I am offering private piano lessons for children and grown-ups of all ages. I have 4 years of teaching experience in my hometown Zagreb and would love to continue teaching here in Salzburg. I am fluent in English, German (B2) and Croatian.

Teaching piano and music theory to conservatory students to grades 1 thru 12, as well as accompanying wind intruments and string instruments students, and also to students at the Singing and Opera Department of the Conservatory. Teaching piano and music theory to students who would like to be involved in classical music as amateurs as well as professional performers; including those who would like to enter music schools, colleges, universities and conservatories nationawide and worldwide. Working with singers privately and voluntarily from the State Opera of Istanbul and performing chamber music concerts with professional musicians nationwide.
I possess more than 13 years of progressive experience in the piano teaching field as well as a chamber music pianist and an accompanist and a music theory teacher at the State Conservatory of Istanbul University where I have been working for more than 13 years and at Halic University for 2 years and since October 2019 at Oper im Berg Festival in Salzburg.
Most recently, my responsibilities as a performing artist, a piano teacher and an accompanist and music theory teacher at the State Conservatory of Istanbul University, at Halic University and at Oper im Berg Festival in Salzburg match the qualifications you are seeking. My responsibilities include teaching to piano students of all levels includling college level and above as well as ear training, teaching music theory and accompanying to voice students, helping them in diction in Italian, German, French and English and interpretation of German Lieder repertoire at our singing and opera department. I have also been working with professional singers at “Oper im Berg Festival” as an accompanist as well as a study conductor. I have also been working at Istanbul State Opera and Ballet both voluntarily and privately for over 13 years.

As a well-established pianist and musician I would like to encourage any student from all ages and skill levels to join me in this beautiful world of music. I take pride in fostering a passion for music and nurturing the talents of every students.

Aim of the course:

- Providing individualized help to each student's.
- Improving their piano technique and musicality.
- Teaching fundamental techniques, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing feedback.
- Preparing students for recitals, competitions, and examinations, when applicable.
- Promoting a positive and encouraging learning environment.

About myself, I would say that I am a quite versatile person. Since I believe that I can adjust to the specific needs of every student. In addition, although this course will aim on developing the maximum potential of every student, the main goal will always be to ensure that the student keeps his interest and love for music and piano.

Experience:

I started playing piano at the age of 8 years old. During this 10 years of learning I had the opportunity to study next to renowned French pedagogue Jacques Rouvier (teacher of Arcadi Volodos, Hélène Grimaud, David Fray...) at the Mozarteum University. In addition, I had the chance to have different masterclasses with distinguished Michel Bérrof, David Fray, Pavel Gililov, Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden...

I will be more than welcome to help anybody in any field in music. I can fluently speak French, Spanish, Catalan, English. As a result, lessons can be in any of those languages. Lessons can be either at the students place (Salzburg city) or online.

Welcome to my piano world, where the fun of learning is the focus! As a graduate of pedagogical training at the renowned Mozarteum, I have acquired a broad repertoire of teaching techniques and learning methods. This diversity allows me to tailor my lessons individually to each student.

My lessons are designed for anyone who wants to experience playing the piano not just as a skill, but as a joyful, fun experience. It is very important to me that my students enjoy working on the instrument not only in class but also at home.

For beginners, I recommend weekly sessions of 45 minutes (30 minutes for children) to lay a solid foundation. For advanced students, I customize the lessons to meet specific needs and goals.
