I have extensive experience teaching Movement and Dance to participants of all ages, with prestigious organisations such as Siobhan Davies and The Place. Dance is creative and/or contemporary, for mobility, strength, flexibility, expression, and enjoyment. We explore technique, creativity, and expressivity. The class encourages mindfulness and focus on the body, building proprioception and awareness.

However, I have seen female bodybuilders, in the gym, and on the internet.
Getting into professional bodybuilding is the same, regardless of your gender.Be it male, female, or whatever you identify as, becoming a pro bodybuilder that competes requires you to train hard in the gym, and eat well. I have been lifting since april 2019 and I haven't stopped. So how is it like for me being a female bodybuilder? Well from my personal perspective it is awesome. The more muscles you work, the better it is in terms of results. Working a small muscle group like your arms can get pointless pretty fast due to overtraining in the beginning. You might feel like am a bit inclined away from isolation workouts, which are an essential part of any body building routine.Don't completely ignore pushups even if you get to advanced weight training.When you do cardio take up HIIT cardio most of the time.
Use traditional cardio once in a while. It helps.Pay attention to your diet. It makes up for more than 60% of your efforts when it comes to aesthetics.
Then i'm going to help you with all tips i followed as a beginner and now as an advanced bodybulding.
