Vill du prata svenska? I have a background in languages/linguistics and several years of experience in teaching Swedish. I offer tailored classes as well, but this is my "budget version" where I don't spend any time planning the class. This class is suitable for the independent learner with at least basic knowledge of Swedish. You bring any material that you would like help with, any topics that you would like to talk about, or any questions that you have about Swedish, and we talk about them spontaneously. I can also help you with pronunciation - both "in the moment" and through specific exercises.
Right now I cannot take on any new students, but possibly I will be available in summer.

Über mich

I have taught Swedish for ten years in different settings, to many different groups and individuals. My background is in languages and linguistics and I have studied Swedish as a Second Language for teachers as well as several foreign languages (I speak English, Spanish and French on an advanced level, German and Italian on beginner's level). As a teacher I am committed, patient and responsive. I really enjoy explaining grammatical structures and the meaning of words, and to talk about Swedish culture and society.

Bildung

I have a Bachelor's degree from the Language Program at Uppsala University, where I majored in Spanish and also took Swedish, general linguistics, French and German. I also did 30 credits of Swedish as a Second Language later on.

Erfahrung / Qualifikationen

I have taught Swedish since 2011 at The Swedish Program, Folkuniversitetet, Uppsala International Swedish Session, Uppsala University, Université de Lille (France) and more places, as well as tutoring one-to-one. I have studied in Spain, worked in France and traveled to many countries.

I’m a licensed teacher in Swedish as second language. I’ve worked at all different levels (sfi Alfa until SVA grund 4) since 2014. I speak English and Spanish plus a little bit of German, Dutch and Italian. I offer both IRL and online lessons. I adapt my lessons to your needs and interests.
