Having graced the stages of various orchestras and quartets, my journey as a cellist has been one of continuous growth and exploration. Student with a master's degree at the HEMU, in the class of François Salque, currently pursuing a master's degree in pedagogy at the HKB, alumni of the Schleswig Holstein Festival Orchestra, of the Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra, and of the International Ensemble Modern Akademie of Frankfurt, I am passionate about teaching and experienced, working with children, young people and adult amateurs. I also have some experience of group pedagogy.
Passionate about contemporary music and improvisation, I use the latter to transmit the technical and musical bases in a fun and original way, and to allow everyone to discover their personality and their relationship to the instrument.
I always take into account the expectations and tastes of each, to help my students achieve their goals (being able to play and have fun of course, but also to play in a small ensemble, read music, develop his own hear...)

I hold a French DEM (Diplôme d'Etudes Musicales), and a Master of Music Performance from the HES-SO.

I am the 2nd solo-violoncellist at the Lausanne Chamber Orchestra since 1998. I am passionate not only to play the orchestra and as a soloist but also to share my experience with my students of all ages. (
Recently moved from Pays-d'en-Haut to Gros de Vaud I am looking for new students in the region.
I also give classes to HEMU students who are preparing for their exams or for an orchestra competition.

I graduated from the National Conservatory of the Region of Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris), the Conservatory of Music of Málaga in Spain and the HEM of Geneva (Master of Interpretation and Master in Music Pedagogy).

I offer cello lessons for children and adults:

- Adaptation to the needs and desires of the student. (current music, duets, classical music, baroque, chamber music ...)

- Work of the posture (search of the right gesture which allows to carry out the action without being hurt), progressive and motivating method.

- Flexibility to your desires directory, and helps you with music theory if necessary.

- Courses available in French, English and Spanish.

Graduate professor at the HEMU.
I give classes on Lausanne, Montreux and Chexbres.

Musician confirmed and passionate about his instrument and pedagogy.
I have a classical training, but am very open to traditional music ...

My classes are open from the age of 6, but also for the older ones!

Possibility of playing in a group with other guitarists but also with other instruments: singing, violin, cello, piano, percussion ...

2 to 3 auditions a year, as well as preparations for competitions or exams if necessary.

Hi, I'm Laura, I'm a cellist and I love to share my musical knowledge with other people.
I have experience with students of all ages and I believe that there is no right age to start learning to play an instrument.
I adapt my lessons to the objectives and tastes of each student. We can learn classical music, but also other styles such as pop.
I also offer lessons focused on music theory if that is what you are looking for!
