Language is a wonderful skill to have - Having worked in Education for the past 20 years, I know the effort it takes to progress further. If you are a Parent who is concerned about their child and their challenges in school and would like to improve their understanding, I can help you.

I have my own up-to-date visual resources, I give feedback (to the child and Parent) and answer questions throughout. My classes are easy-going, repetitive and there is a recap at the end of each session. I do set homework which is to practice over what has been taught, so that the next stage can be met with confidence, as well as, go over any difficulties.

I am specialized (>5 years of experience) in tutoring math for school (any level, but preferably higher level), including competitive exams such as the SAT, GRE, GMAT, and the IIT-JEE.

This class is aimed to train
1) high-school students undergoing VWO or an IB curriculum, who are having problems following math at school or university,
2) Anyone who wishes to take the VWO Math-A/B/C entrance examinations by Boswell or CCVX and wants to train for that.

Personally, I am currently working as a Quantitative Researcher of stock markets, and therefore analytical math is also a part of my job.

I like to use different methods to teach French to students. It can be through songs, drama, role play or videos. I also very often use situations close to the student's experience, such as describing places they have been or talking about what they have experienced. At the same time, I teach the grammar rules to the student. I now live in regions where French has been spoken for over 30 years.
