For 27 years, I have been a tutor with my own successful business, and despite the length of time I've spent teaching, my passion for the profession has never dwindled. Each and every day, I approach each student with renewed enthusiasm and eagerness to help them reach their potential.
I strongly believe that no child is a lost cause, and with the proper guidance and support, they can all achieve greatness. In my years of tutoring, I've worked with a wide range of students, including those with high functioning autism and dyslexia. As an entrepreneur, I'm constantly seeking new ways to present material and engage my students. My love for teaching and my business only continues to grow with each passing day.
When I'm not busy coming up with innovative lesson plans, you'll find me pursuing my hobbies. I love to craft and create knitted and crocheted children's clothes and accessories in my free time, and sell on at craft fairs. Additionally, I enjoy spending time with my two rough collie dogs, whom I've trained to be well-behaved and obedient. Furthermore, I achieved the status of Reiki Master, a discipline that aligns with my belief in the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit.
