My aim is to provide you with the anatomical knowledge you will need as a Yoga and Pilates teacher to develop confidence in your delivery of class.
I have seen Yoga teachers feel worried with lots of unknowns and apprehension of stepping into the world of teaching.
I was a Physiotherapist in Private practice for 15 years and the anatomy was drilled in through 1000's of hours of working with Clients.
We will learn in a fun style touching on main muscle groups to focus on, biomechanics, common encountered problems we face, posture, tissue health, how Yoga can be used as a tool for the desired outcomes in health.

We will cover meridians (acupuncture), fascia structure, alignment and the how the nervous system plays an integral role in deciding how your class will go.

I want to bring my Yoga teachings to young people through physical practice but also the self development tools such as breathwork, introspection, journaling, awareness of emotional language and the science of Yoga that can be applied in life to build inner trust in ones choices and abilities.
