Throughout my musical formation I was very lucky to have great teachers who imparted their knowledge of singing and vocal technique. As professional vocalist and performer, I feel grateful for the training I have received. In my own teaching, I strive to be able to do the same for my students regardless of whether or not they seek a professional career in Music. Anyone can benefit from learning to sing, regardless of age or level of experience. Singing is physical training, and learning to sing can be a lesson in patience, as well as discipline and resolve. It is also a lesson in opening up emotionally and spiritually and can prove to be a liberating practice which can help to develop confidence and self esteem. There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:
