Foundations of Leadership.

This class is to equip individuals from all ages to gain the basics of effective leadership, communication and Influence. The deliverables are: develop the ability to lead, inspire and influence their team and/or peers, built resilience psychological capital, turning adversity and crisis into advantage, enhance empathetic, mindful and active listening skills, Goals setting, how to overcome obstacles, how to cultivate positive emotions and how to find purpose, vision and values.
