I provide strategic university admissions counseling for applicants to the USA, UK, Europe, Turkey, Asian countries, and Australia. I support students at all levels: Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, research programs, and visiting scholar applications.
My students have successfully gained admission to top universities including Harvard, Columbia, and other highly competitive institutions worldwide.
Our work together includes:
– university and program selection aligned with academic profile and career goals
– application strategy and timeline planning
– CV and academic profile development
– motivation letters, statements of purpose, and research proposals
– scholarship and funding strategy
– interview preparation and communication skills
I work with high-school students, university students, and adult applicants. Sessions are structured, personalized, and results-oriented, with clear guidance at every step of the process.

I am an IB (International Baccalaureate) Certified Math Teacher. In 2017 I was selected as Math Examiner (for subjects Math Higher Level, Discrete Math, Research project) by the IB Examiner Network. Last year I worked in the frame of the IGCSE program with A-level students. I have 12 years of experience teaching Math, Statistics and Econometrics at different levels (including high school, international schools and various universities). I have worked with all types of students, including GMAT / GRE /SAT /AST students, undergraduate, and graduate students. At a moment Moreover, I have experience volunteering at UW-Madison as Math and Statistics tutor. Working with any Math and Statistics topic that student has problems with. I am an enthusiastic and hard-working multilingual (English, Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani) Math and Statistics educator and Data Analyst with 12 years of teaching and 16 years of research experience in an international environment. Focused on an outcome-based approach to progress and deadline-oriented. I usually hear from parents, that I make their kids love math, and it makes me the happiest teacher.
First, as a Math Teacher, my main aim is to encourage students to analyze the problem carefully and find different solutions for one question. This method helps students to choose the easiest way of solution for her/him during the exam and finish it in time. I teach students both ways how to solve questions without a calculator with math tricks, and how to use a calculator more effectively. As you know in the exam there might be non-calculator and calculator papers. Moreover, this ability helps students not only to understand the math subject deeply but also will be very helpful during their adult life.
Having teaching experience (Math and Statistics) in one of the top universities in the US (UW-Madison) helped me see the path of a student from the school bench to the university auditorium. Only by working in both school and university, you can understand what is better to learn for a student to be helpful in the future university years and how to show the connection between the math SAT and math at the university level.
Years of hands-on work experience and a keen interest in Math teaching as a profession (in both school and university), as a deep understanding of the connection between school and university Math have prepared me well to see the strengths and weaknesses of the student and how to use that strong side of a student to improve the gaps that student earned in her/his earlier years. Therefore, I believe that all these experiences will help me smoothly raise the level of my students and succeed in their future lives.

Previous research experience in the frame of UNDP (UN Development Program) by that time was very valuable. Being an IB Math Examiner helped me to see the clear picture of students' mistakes done during the solutions. So, I teach students how to show their solutions to get more marks on the exam.
Working with British School during this hard time of COVID taught me to be prepared for any challenges, to make decisions in a very short time, to be ready for any daily but very important changes. Teaching online became more interesting by using such helpful math tools as Desmos, GeoGebra, TI 84 Calculator Online, etc.
Having teaching experience (Math and Statistics) in one of the top universities of the US (UW-Madison) helped me clearly to see the path of a student from the school bench to the university auditorium. Only by working in both school and university, you can understand what is better to learn for a student to be helpful in the future university years.
