My martial arts experience : Over 9 years training and 6 years teaching.
Martial arts have been trained: Vietnamese martial arts, Judo, Aikido, Kali majapahit, Kickboxing, Muay, Capoeira, Taekwondo, Karate, Brazil Jujitsu.
Based on the identity of traditional Vietnamese martial arts and absorbing the quintessence of international martial arts to create the most optimal training system.
Depending on the level and age of each student, there will be specific exercises, starting from those who do not know anything about martial arts, even children to the elderly can practice. The focus is on practicality that can be immediately applied to everyday life. Not only strengthens health but also has the ability to self-defense.
