Conflict management skills are vital in today's world. As a licensed mediator holding an MA in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation, I am able to help you develop the skills needed to resolve conflicts in your life positively for everyone involved.

We all face conflict on a regular basis, and being able to manage these situations effectively is one of the most important soft skills an individual can develop. Throughout the course, I will guide you to identify your own conflict management style as well as the styles of those around you, recognize your triggers, and learn how to deal with your triggers in positive, healthy ways.

I believe learning should be fun and useful in everyday life. Learning English is a valuable skill, but it should be done while learning other talents and information.

I have spent my life traveling and teaching while volunteering for various refugee populations. I also work with rescue animals and individuals living in conflict zones.
