Hello, I'm Adelina! I'm Romanian and I've recently graduated my master’s in violin performance at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp.
Apart from playing music, one of my other passions is teaching. While having a degree in pedagogy, I've had several violin and music theory students so far. I’m experienced with teaching children/teenagers between the ages of 4 and 15. However, I’ve had adults in my class as well!
As my profession requires, I’m calm, creative with musical games and have quite a lot of patience. I’m fluent in Romanian and English and have a B1 level of French.

I am a third-year student at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, but also a laureat of international competitions. My musical journey began in my hometown in Kazakhstan, and then in Moscow at the Tchaikovsky Central Music School (which I graduated with a diploma of distinction). In addition to concert activities, I teach piano and music theory for everyone (beginners, professionals). I obtained my master's degree at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts as a solo violinist, as well as in chamber music.
Since 2018 I have held a position in the 2nd Violin Group of the Belgian National Orchestra in Brussels.
As an enthusiastic chamber music player, I play regularly and give concerts with different ensembles in Belgium as the Brussels String Quartet.
Teaching and sharing with you all my music knowledge has a very important role in my life.
My research on how to deal with stress on stage is another topic that I find essential and very helpful for everyone who has some issues and wants to improve in that way.

Le trombone à coulisse est un instrument à vent de la famille des cuivres dont l'ancêtre, la sacqueboute, était déjà utilisée dès le XVème siècle dans les messes et les chants religieux pour son son particulier, considéré comme le plus proche de la voix humaine.
Le trombone a conservé son rôle d'instrument virtuose tout en prenant une place de plus en plus importante dans les orchestres symphoniques.

Giovanna raised and trained in Florence, where she began her guitar studies at the age of five at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole. In September, she graduated cum laude and she's currently enrolled in the Master's program at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, studying with Antigoni Goni.

Winner of many international competitions, she performed plenty of times in Italy and in 2023 she held a solo concert in Milan for the XXXVIII Società Umanitaria's concerts season. Next to renowned guitarists, such as Luigi Attademo and Giorgio Albiani, she performed the world premiere of Álvaro Company's Concert Català for ten guitars, in the revision by Vincenzo Saldarelli.

Alongside her performing activity, Giovanna has developed a strong dedication to teaching adults, children, and teenagers. She tailors each learning path to the individual student, carefully balancing personal interests with technical and artistic development, whether for amateur musicians or students preparing for conservatory admission. Her teaching approach places particular emphasis on physical awareness and well-being, guiding students toward healthy and efficient use of the body while playing. Music theory is fully integrated into her lessons and is always connected to practical application on the instrument.
