Hello!

I'm a Belgian History student. I recently graduated with honors from my bachelor's degree and will be starting my master's degree in the autumn. Since my studies also encompass Philosophy and Literature, I have an excellent command of French and I am willing to offer my assistance if you wish to improve your skills in this language.

I have previously helped students in various subjects such as French, English, History, and more. I don't have a specific methodology; I adapt it to each student and work together to find the most suitable approach. The teaching method used also depends heavily on the student's level and expectations.

Le Latin est une langue. Il faut donc beaucoup de rigueur pour pouvoir l'apprendre. Un cours de grammaire et de vocabulaire est donc indispensable. Le Latin est aussi l'ancêtre de notre langue et de beaucoup d'autres. Je pense important aussi de s'attarder sur l'étymologie des mots, cela ne peut qu'être bénéfique pour l'apprentissage du vocabulaire latin ainsi que pour l'amélioration de l'orthographe en français. Il est aussi possible, que l'élève étoffe, de cette manière, son lexique de mots français. Un cours sur la culture latine (L'Historie de Rome, la mythologie , l'Art, les auteurs de textes) est aussi important pour saisir la signification des textes traduis et pour favoriser l'intérêt pour cette langue intéressante. Mais avant toute chose, le Latin dans son ensemble permet de développer un sens critique et un esprit d'analyse lui permettant d'acquérir des facilités intellectuelles qui l'aideront dans toutes les matières (analyse de l'algèbre,...) et même dans son quotidien (Politique,...).

Etudiante en dernière année (6ième) je propose quelque cours au plus jeune pour avoir un petit peu d'argent de poche. Et si je peux gagner un peu d'argent en aidant les autres c'est assez sympa. Je peux aider avec les devoirs et donner quelque cours en plus pour le néerlandais, le français, les math et d'autres cours si besoin.

I therefore offer my help for primary and secondary students to help them for any work, homework or questions. Patience is one of my qualities so even if the student has big difficulties, I am ready to take up the challenge!

Help in the school setting to help you progress at your own pace and taking into account your level.
My goal is to help you grow and give you the assets to succeed.
I give homework for the following courses to prepare you.

Having given lessons in the three languages, I put myself very easily at the level of the student in order to give him all the tools necessary for learning the desired language. The first meeting will be used to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the student in order to find the best remedy to correct the weak points.
