Technical and intensive Adobe Photoshop lessons are delivered at a pace to suit the student's ability, while always challenging the student to develop further skillsets with photoshop. My lessons are delivered from professional photography and digital artistry background and can integrate more advanced topics related to photography, for example, light, shade, etc. The student receives projects to work on between lessons, based on further developing skills introduced in class.

Having your own laptop and Adobe photoshop licence is preferred but not essential.

I am creating images with photography and photoshop for over ten years, with a passion for photography and digital art.
I enjoy sharing my photography and photoshop knowledge and to see creative people master the tools available to them, to create something they love.

Opleiding

I am self-taught in Adobe photoshop and have completed many intensive courses offered by photoshop 'masters', including Lucas Rosa, Jack Usepot, and Alexandre Keese.

Leservaring

My career as a professional photographer spans 12 years. I have had clients across the digital fashion and fashion industries, as well as gastronomy. Surrealism is my main interest.

Lightroom is easy to use and has an efficient way to professionally process photos. It is also an archive system where you can organize the photos and find them quickly. In addition to editing the entire photo, you can also easily adjust the photo locally in the software. The combination of Panoramas and HDR is childishly simple and of very high quality in Lightroom.

In the free Lightroom App you will learn the basic possibilities of the software. If you subscribe to Lightroom CC or CC Classic you have more extensive options. Lightroom CC is a limited version of the software. Lightroom CC Classic is the extensive version of the software that all professionals use. You do not have to work with Adobe's cloud. Photos can also only be on your computer.

If you've never worked with Lightroom before, I'll quickly learn how the software works in 6 hours. For example 2x3 hours or 3x2 hours, at your home or with me in the studio. More experienced users learn the latest intricacies of the software within 1 to 2 hours.

Lightroom is a fast and effective way to edit photos. You can quickly copy an edit from one photo onto a group of other photos. It is quick and easy to implement.

Make your photos better with Lightroom. It is easier than you think.

If you want to merge parts from different photos into an image, you go to Photoshop from Lightroom. This software requires more insight and time for processing photos. Of course I also teach.

Do you want to edit your photos professionally or make new creations in Photoshop?

In a few private lessons I will teach you all the important skills, so that you can do everything you want.

I am an (art) photographer and teacher and I have been giving private Photoshop lessons for over 12 years.

Private lessons are available in the afternoon and evening and on Saturdays. I teach via video calling or personally in Amsterdam East.

I tailor the lessons to your needs, interests and pace so that you effectively learn what you want. I work with a minimum of two hours per lesson. Longer lessons at a time are of course also possible. Ask about special student/package prices.

In short, do you want to be able to Photoshop professionally quickly and affordably. Please contact me via the Apprentus website. And of course you can also outsource all your Photoshop work to me.

My teaching method depends on what kind of pictures you would like to take. For example, if you want to learn nature or street photography, we can meet in the forest or in the city. If you want to learn how to get the best out of your (new) camera, I can also teach you the basics of photography, such as framing, white balance, etc.

InDesign - During this practical course using the typography program InDesign, you'll learn the skills you need to design a flyer, brochure, poster, or multi-page document.
This course can be given at all levels.

Illustrator - In this practical Illustrator course, you'll learn to develop graphic art. You'll learn to create shapes and drawings to design logos, flyers, and posters.
This course can be given at all levels.

Photoshop - with the Photoshop course, you'll become familiar with the various features of this image editing program. You'll learn how to edit photos, make color corrections, cut out images, add text, and much more.
This course can only be taught at a basic level.

Lessons can be given at my location, on location or via webcam.
