during 4 years of teaching experience, I realized how important it is to communicate with a student on a friendly level. then it is easier to feel the needs, and desires, to be a mentor. at a lesson, I communicate with a potential student, I draw up an individual study program. I always ask what a person wants and push back from that. communication is present even outside lessons
