Learn about the 3 key building blocks of the Internet - HTML, CSS, and Javascript. You will learn how HTML and CSS work, understand what they are capable of, and practice writing your own code. We will look at how to use CSS to ensure your e-learning projects and resources and websites look great and are responsive so they work properly on different size screens. You will also learn how Javascript makes things happen on web pages. We won't learn how to write this kind of code but will use plenty of examples to demonstrate Javascript in action. You will need to take multiple classes to get a good understanding of the three types of code. Join with friends and share the cost of classes. An added bonus is that you will be signed up to use a set of online toolkits to create e-learning resources and/or websites and learn how to effectively use the platform. You will be able to continue to use the toolkits after the class(es) finish.
