This class is focused on the benefits of working on ones self. Finding inner peace and being able to control ones emotions. I specialize in the mental health of others by instilling them in a number of platforms to which they are able to see the good in themselves and those around them. This class also takes a step further into the dynamics of meditation and yoga for both the mind and body to release pain and stress brought upon by any outcome. Developing self improvement, relationship problems becoming secured and health becoming balanced, this class is a step in the direction of opening doors starting with your overall outlook on life.
