In my class, I create activities and lessons based on the ESL methodologies. Our conversations are a big part of my class. It's not all about mastering grammar and punctuation although these are important aspects of English mastery. It's more about being able to communicate effectively. We will cover the essential vocabulary and pronunciation needed for simple communication and I encourage students to speak in English using a variety of games, lessons, activities, and topics. Humor is a big part of my class, because if we aren't having fun while learning, then what is the point? Oral tests and presentations are important to recognize progress and areas needing improvement and are given at different stages of learning.
