Dancing has always been one of my favorite ways to convey my emotions, express joy, and let go of my frustrations and stress. In this class, you will learn basic techniques in belly dancing: shimmy, body rolls, belly movements, hip movements, chest movements, isolations... You will combine all these moves into beautiful choreographies and hopefully feel great about your body and mood.
