I am an experienced language teacher with three years tutoring experience, both online and in person and five years classroom experience. I use a combination of my own resources and official examination materials to build a programme centred around the four key language skills. My lessons are personalised to you. Together we will build a lesson plan around interests; one that capitalises on your strengths and prioritises your weaknesses, and one that incorporates quizzes, current affairs, games and timed activities. Moreover, the classes can be delivered in the target language to normalise the language use, yet I am happy to explain more complicated grammar and incorporate translation exercises. Finally, as a linguist myself, (I have studied languages at GCSE, A-level and university level) I am acutely aware of the different challenges that arise at each stage of language acquisition to which I can offer both my understanding and my tried and tested methods!
