This parkour program is a natural bodyweight training system where you’ll become physically and mentally stronger while having a fun time. It teaches you a variety of new practical skills which allow you to overcome challenging physical obstacles easily, confidently and enjoyably. You’ll learn, train, apply and show various natural bodyweight movements such as jumping, vaulting, rolling, climbing, swinging and landing.

I use my knowledge and experience from having trained for over 15 years in both the city and in nature to design a parkour program just for you that challenges you to move, allows you to play, invites you to create, and inspires you to vary. We’ll be training in the forest and at my gym.

This fitness program is a complete bodyweight training system where you’ll become stronger, mobile and flexible while having a fun time. It teaches you a variety of new practical skills which allow you to work on your fitness goals and feel good about yourself. You’ll learn and perform diverse exercises relying only on your bodyweight as well as discover and train with a variety of equipment: dumbbells and barbells, medicine balls, wall balls, stability balls, pull-up bars, muay thai pads and bags, battle ropes, jump blocks and boxes, vault boxes, agility ladders, suspension straps, resistance bands and sliders.
