I am Industrial Engineer and Industrial Engineer, and I did my MSc in the IHE Institute for Water Education in Delft. Besides research, I have had experience as a tutor in my former University and also with High School students.

I am passionate about teaching and my pedagogic focus is significative learning. That is to go beyond formulas and try to understand clearly and consciously the purpose of a particular topic. In a typical lesson we will start with basic concepts, then we will illustrate them with few examples, to later move to practical exercises (learn by doing) with increasing difficulty.

My approach to learning is influenced by my own diverse background.
