The German Conversation Club is designed for learners who want to actively practice speaking in a friendly and structured environment. We meet once a week in small groups of up to 5 participants via Zoom, so everyone gets plenty of speaking time. Each session is led by an experienced coach who helps with vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation as you go.

We discuss real-life topics relevant to daily life, work, and social situations, so you can use what you learn immediately. The lessons are interactive, practical, and tailored to your level — from A1 to C1.

I’m Melanie, the founder of Ich Spreche, an online German language school helping expats in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria gain confidence and fluency in speaking German.

I believe language learning should be practical, interactive, and enjoyable. My lessons focus on real-life communication — whether that’s navigating daily situations, participating in meetings, or preparing for exams. I work with small groups and individuals to ensure every student gets the speaking practice, feedback, and encouragement they need.
