Hallo, mein Name ist Sabine - Pädagogin, Trainerin, Workshopleiterin und Bühnenmensch aus Leidenschaft. This program is project oriented and lasts six weeks, giving the student a thorough set of skills and methods to overcome stage fright and move into stage play. This is the method I use to prepare high stakes performances, and uses a combination of mental and physical exercises to set an objective and realize it on stage. My dual career and training as a musician and conference interpreter have allowed to gather and refine these tools to know share with you. The course is open to professionals of any field looking to improve their performance in high stakes situations such as presentations, interviews, lectures etc. Students will come away from the course having implemented the tools in one project and ready to implement in subsequent projects independently.

Ce programme est orienté autours d'un projet particulier de l'élève et dure six semaines, fournissant à l'élève une gamme des compétences et méthodes pour surmonter le trac et s'épanouir sur scène. C'est ma méthode preferée pour préparer une performance, utilisant un mélange d'exercises mentaux et physiques pour réaliser son objectif sur scène. My carrière double et mon entrainement formel en tant que musicienne et interprète linguiste de haut niveau m'ont amené a emmagasiner et développer ces outils pour ensuite les partager avec vous. Le cours est ouvert à tout les professionnels cherchant à améliorer leur performances dont les enjeux sont importants tel que les présentations, entretiens etc. Les élèves sortirons du cours ayant mis en oeuvre les outils dans un projet concret et sachant comment procéder indépendamment pour les prochains projets.
