I have been teaching oboe and recorder for about 10 years and I am musically active in various fields - as an orchestral musician, soloist and as the leader of my own ensemble.

After my studies in Linz, Basel and Amsterdam I studied music pedagogy in Karlsruhe. There I specialized in music mediation, student motivation and ensemble conducting.

One of my special focuses is the repertoire of the Baroque (Bach, Handel, Telemann) and the Viennese Classical period (Mozart, Beethoven).

I hold a master in music pedagogy as well as a master in historical performance (baroque oboe). Additionally I constantly stay up to date with the newest developments in music pedagogy through further training.

I am active artist and play around 30 concerts a year. And I have 10 years of teaching experience under my belt. I teach 15 students of all ages at the moment.

My name is Gianni, I'm a professional musician, currently living in Basel and doing my master's degree in double bass at the Musik Akademie Basel.
I've been playing and studying music since I was 7 years old; I started with classical guitar, then electric guitar and electric bass, then I started double bass and lately I'm learning saxophone.

I would say my main instruments are guitar and bass and I have been teaching these for 5 years to students of different levels and different aspirations.

I am Carlotta, a musician with a very solid academic background. I obtained a Master's degree in classical harp at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, a Master Research in historical harps at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in The Hague and I am currently completing my Master Performance in historical harps at the FHNW - Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel.
