My name is Jenni, a certified language teacher since 2014 from when I started teaching English. I have been teaching Finnish since 2019 for students of all levels and different language needs.

The lessons I teach are always customized for individual levels and needs; so whether you want to learn more about grammar or want to focus on conversational skills, or perhaps cultural aspects or a mixture of everything, we together will make a plan how to reach that goal. I will customize each of our lessons so you can get the most out of them and will see progress immediately.

My name is Jenni and I am a certified (CELTA) English teacher as well as a Finnish teacher.

In 2014 I was certified as an English teacher in Dublin, Ireland. I have since worked as a full-time language teacher in countries like Japan, New Zealand, China, Austria. I have worked in private language institutes, kindergartens, prep schools, etc.

As an experienced teacher I offer tailored lessons to all my students. I have taught students from different cultures, levels and ages; everything from 2-year-old kindergarteners; teenagers prepping for their IELTS exams; young adults yearning to live and work abroad; business professionals to senior citizens.

Whatever your language needs are, you are in good hands.

my name is Jenni. I am a CELTA certified English teacher and have been teaching English full-time since 2014 in countries such as Ireland, China, Japan and now in Austria. I have taught both adults and children in private lessons as well as groups. My students have been everything from business professionals to teenagers preparing for their exchange year abroad to young children having their first contact with a foreign language.

I was born in Istanbul in 1983. I started teaching Turkish while studying Turkish Language and Literature at university. I worked in a language school and at universities. I have been teaching Turkish professionally for more than 16 years. I also taught Turkish for 5 years when I was a university student. In 2018, I obtained a TESOL certificate and also began teaching English.

I teach both adults and children. Creating a comfortable learning environment for my students is one of my top priorities. If you would like to learn Turkish or English in a consistent and structured way, I would be happy to work with you.

I hold firmly to two main principles: creating a comfortable space for learning and building an encouraging atmosphere.

Even though I use a communicative approach, my lessons are supported by a solid understanding of grammar, as Turkish has a very different structure.

I use the course book set prepared by Istanbul University. It follows a strategic approach to learning Turkish and includes all language skills—reading, grammar, writing, listening, watching, and speaking—from A1 to C2. All of these skills are essential for conversation.

I teach English for the A1 and A2 levels.

The workbook offers many exercises for homework or revision, and I support the book with my own authentic materials. I also use an interactive board that you can view anytime, and you can edit it as well. Repetition-based speaking practice plays an important role in my lessons.

I speak English well, and a bit of Italian, and I have also studied Persian and German grammar. I am interested in literature.

You can book a complete course with regular sessions or individual lessons to overcome a specific problem, such as pronunciation or a particular point in grammar.

Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise.

There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ... You know that numbers are formed according to a certain pattern. With only ten digits, you can form an infinite number of numbers and always know which number comes next.

When it comes to the alphabet, words and sentences, it's more or less the same, but school pedagogy, school textbooks and regular lessons still follow the rote learning approach. In the lessons I propose, you will learn to use patterns because this is more efficient and faster.

Learning is easy, but unlearning bad habits is extremely difficult. This makes it all the more important to learn the right reflexes as early as possible.

I like to use different methods to teach French to students. It can be through songs, drama, role play or videos. I also very often use situations close to the student's experience, such as describing places they have been or talking about what they have experienced. At the same time, I teach the grammar rules to the student. I now live in regions where French has been spoken for over 30 years. Because I have learned French myself (and I am still learning other languages), I can easily put myself in a student's shoes. I can teach in French, Dutch, English, German and Russian.
