In this beginner level, one time ESL class, students will practice saying sentences to describe themselves. Through various speaking, reading and listening tasks, students will learn how to share information about themselves. Students will practice using a complete sentence to say;
- their name (e.g. My name is Tasha.)
- say where they live (e.g., I live in Poland.)
- express their favourite food (e.g. My favorite food is sushi.)
- express their likes and dislikes (e.g. I like to play tennis. I don't like to eat mushrooms.). Students may also ask and answer questions with the teacher and other students in the class.

For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of tutoring in both French and English. My students have ranged in age, background, and origin, spanning children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and even seniors aged 85 and above.

You might wonder why I teach both languages. Well, I am bilingual, with American and Swiss/French roots, and I currently reside in Ireland.
