Attack is the most important technique in chess. If player fail to do proper attack in game, he/she may lose a winning match also. Every strong attack requires very basic fundamental knowledge of chess tactics, tactics helps to create a plan and calculated attack on opponent which proves decisive in game. Chess is a fun game that starts with the basic rules and moves through the 3 parts of the game: the opening, the middlegame, and the endgame.

The focus at first is to teach you how the pieces move, what the goal of the opening is, and how the pieces interact. You will also learn the vocabulary related to chess and chess notation.

Tactics are then explored to take advantage of hanging pieces, lack of king safety, space, and tempo. From here depending on what your personal goals are we will adapt the classes to cover what will help you progress.

I was first introduced to chess at the age of 5. At 17 I joined the Düsseldorf Chess Club and at 18 I headed a primary school chess club.

My name is Vladislav, I'm 20 years old, and I've been living in Vienna for two years. I'm a FIDE Master with a rating of 2384, winner of the 2025 Vienna State Masters Championship, and a prizewinner of the 2025 Memorial Korchnoi.
