Hi, I'm Ana!

I am a PhD candidate in Theoretical Physics at LMU and the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich and I have tutoring experience in IB, GCSE, A-level and University-level courses for 6+ year.

I did my school education in Portugal, where I am from, focusing on math & science, where I finished high school with 20/20 marks.
I then completed my bachelors and masters education at the University of Manchester in the UK, where I graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree.
During my degree, I offered several students from GCSE, IB and A-level lesson in math, physics and Portuguese.
Now, as I work to complete my PhD, I am tutoring several of the master-level courses.

Maths is useful at almost all levels and a great asset to your skillset. It is also fundamental to developing your skills as a physicist or engineer.

I aim to help students develop an intuition for either or both of these disciplines and give them the best opportunity to succeed in their future studies. My teaching style caters to the specific needs of my student and thus the content is flexible and dependent on what is most important for you.

I am open to the idea of an initial 'getting to know eachother' at a reduced rate.
