I can cater to different learning requirements and prepare the content accordingly. I am fluent in both English and Mandarin since I have lived in Taiwan for 18 years and studied in UK for 5 years (at Imperial College).

I always tailor the content of my lesson according to the student's needs.
For example, one of my student really liked Mandarin songs, and hence we went through the lyrics of her favourite song together.
Meanwhile, my other 7-year-old student preferred interactive games, so I built my lessons in a way so that they feel fun (unfortunately they pick up weird vocabulary like panties and toilet.)
I am also happy to answer student's questions on messenger outside class.

Additionally, I founded a Chinese Language training centre in Guangzhou, where I led curriculums development and facilitated both online and offline programs to support students in effectively acquire Mandarin Chinese and integrating into China. Throughout my experience, I have developed strategies to address the unique challenges faced by adult learners, particularly, by students who speak Latin and Germanic root languages as their mother tongue.
