As a teacher, course leader and facilitator, I have taught all ages for over 20 years. Whether it's primary school children on a Saturday wanting fun games and dramatic exercises building confidence and dramatic experience or professional actors preparing for a series regular, my skills are hard to match. Still a professional actor at the cutting edge of the business, my experience remains invaluable and I still enjoy sharing it and passing it down.

Patrick is not just like any great teacher. Besides knowing his techniques, which he explains very clearly, he brings in his own acting and life experience. He doesn't just tell you what to do, or how to do it. He inspires you and ignites the fire in you that takes your performance to the next level. He's a wonderful teacher and person. Why? Acting is a variety of opportunities: it's playful, as an actor you can work in different fields, theatre, film, voice-over and radio.
I can help you to grow and be confident to get into the acting school or into work. Furthermore, I can teach you how to be able to work independently on a role.
With children I love to jump into improvisations and see and guide where it goes to create something magnificent.
If you need more confidence in public speaking I am all ears and will help you to gain the confidence.
Moreover, we can work on Radio podcasts as I have over 10 years experience in directing, producing and hosting podcasts.
What ever it is you want to work on, or refresh your knowledge I'll pick you up where you stand.

Have you always wanted to pick up a creative hobby? Do you like creating beautiful things with your hands? Why don't you try out crepe paper flower making? It's a relaxing hobby and you get to decorate your home with your projects or give them as gifts to special ones.

During one session (120 min), you will get to create a small floral arrangement of your choice and take it home in a vase. All materials are provided.

Studying for an audition and want some help working on monologues or duologues?
Wanting to induce a more dramatic performance in to your song?
Interested in how drama skills can help your public speaking/presentation and communication skills?

Or just generally curious about anything drama or acting related - whether it's about analysing a text, writing your own script or delving more into any of the many methods you can use to develop your skills as an actor an performer?

I'm a professional actor, trained at Cygnet Theatre in Exeter, now living in London. I have extensive experience performing in immersive theatre - communicating, catching and holding the attention of a wide variety of people.

I also have experience in storytelling, working with and teaching children of all ages, as well as writing and producing theatre.

Starting drama classes as a teenager was one of the most important things I ever did. It help me build confidence, develop empathy and ground me as the person I am today.

I love performing and creating experiences for my audience - watching their faces as they're surprised, entertained or disgusted by the stories I tell.

But just as important as that is the opportunity to share some of the tools I learned from drama school with other people - tools that can be used every day in communication, emotional regulation and play.
