I went to meditation school when I was 17. It was a ten-day silent retreat. Then, in 2021, I also took the 20-day silent retreat.
I continued and practiced every day till today.
I have participated in many sessions regarding meditation, yoga, and therapies like art therapy.

I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD.
