Mathematics is a language of essence behind mind of every human being so I believe that teaching and nurturing such study should be in the world of every individual. Reality about mathematical theories is not on the basis of simple computations. My fellow students are always being my motivation behind my teaching. I have experience teaching school and university courses on Applied Mathematics, Basic Mathematics and Statistics in India and USA. I am currently a student at UGent studying Advanced Masters in Statistical Data Analysis. And with this work I can assist my study in exchange of values of Mathematics.

I am a teacher in adult education and have also taught classes in secondary and primary education.
I teach mathematics, biology, physics, chemistry and other scientific subjects.
My main goal is mainly to ensure that the student understands what he / she is doing without just learning from the outside.

Ik hou van de uitdaging om de inzichten in de wiskunde en wetenschappen over te brengen op de leerlingen en studenten. Enkel in privé les kan je de tijd nemen om een leering of student z'n redeneringen en aanpak in detail te volgen en bij te sturen om zo tot een "Aha!"-momentje te komen. De voldoening is dan altijd groot, zowel voor leerkracht als leerling!

Ik werk typisch in blokken van 2 uur. Afhankelijk van de noden, duiken we eerst in een stukje theorie om dan oefeningen te maken. Indien oefeningen moeilijk zijn, zet ik je in de start blokken en laat ik jou dat verder uitwerken in je eigen tijd. Zo gaan we efficiënt met de tijd om!

I am Rhune, 23 and am currently working on my master's degree in pure mathematics at Ghent University. I have been tutoring high school students for about five years. I prefer to do this online, but for students from Ghent (or those who can easily travel to Ghent), this can also be done face-to-face. I provide extra diagrams and summaries so that the structure and overview of the subject matter is not lost. Furthermore, I focus on the student doing exercises themselves. In this way, I discover where the pain points are exactly, and then we can work on them together.
