I am an experienced English teacher (3 years experience teaching the English language). In 2018, I taught English in Shanghai, China, and now I am based in Paris, France. I have experience giving one-on-one lessons, teaching in a classroom, and teaching English online. I am happy to teach to both children and adults.
Each class is personally tailored to each student's abilities and goals. Classes include instruction on phonics, reading and writing, conversations, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, bookwork, games, and homework.

Megan holds over 550 hours of yoga teaching certifications. She currently teaches group and private yoga classes. Megan began a dedicated practice after discovering hot yoga in 2012. She completed her first 200 hr vinyasa yoga training with BodyMindLife (Sydney) in early 2017, and after continued on to study sequencing, yoga therapy, alignment, and hands-on assists. In 2019 Megan completed additional advanced vinyasa trainings with her teachers Noelle Connolly, Simon Park, and Klara Puski. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and is currently working towards obtaining her Master's degree in the same field. She has a passion for science, animals, and nature. She recognizes the healing power of yoga on all levels and strives to create balance and a sense of progression in her students’ practices.

A little about me- I’ve held a regular and disciplined yoga practice yoga for over 10 years. I have been teaching yoga for 5 years, and before moving to Paris I worked for successful yoga studios in Sydney, Australia, Shanghai, China, and Cincinnati, Ohio USA.

Having a physical and mental outlet- such as a regular home yoga practice- is so important. During the first confinement in France, I turned my in-person yoga classes into online sessions. The virtual classes I teach have proven effective for my beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. I have also resumed teaching in-person yoga sessions and classes in Paris.
Yoga aligns your physical movement with your breath and increases physical strength and flexibility. Practicing yoga with a private teacher enables you to have the proper alignment for the postures, which ensures the most benefits. Yoga is great for people of all ages, shapes, and physical capabilities. Just a few of the many benefits of yoga include relaxation, relief of back discomfort, muscle tension, and stress.
The private lessons that I teach are tailored to your goals and physical abilities. Yoga sessions will be given in the comfort of your home, or outside as weather permits.
