Science at GCSE and A-Level. Understanding content and exam techniques

I specialise in tutoring science at GCSE and A-Level. My goal is to keep students on top of their work by providing help and support in understanding the content and tackling exam technique to achieve the grades the student desires.

I also provide advice and support in applying for college or university course in the top schools the student chooses to go to.

I provide excellent tutoring lessons tailored to meet all your needs,
Work with the learner at their level and build up as they continue with the lessons will find that they build their knowledge,
Can arrange at convenient times to suit their needs,
Including IELTS reading/writing/ speaking...
ESOL for beginners,
GCSE level for 11-14 year olds and can teach primary school ages too.

I offer private lessons in Chemistry to school students following French, British, IB or American systems. Being a PhD-holder in Chemistry from Imperial College London, I also offer support to chemistry students at university level.
Classes are delivered online via Zoom.

In my classes:
- I encourage asking relevant questions and I am willing to repeat explanations as much as necessary.
- I use technological tools and web interfaces to provide visual support to verbal explanations, which I consider a key part of effective teaching.
- I share my own, tailored, class notes and encourage the student to take notes him/herself as practice.
- We solve problems and I also assign homework and correct it in the following lesson.

After my classes, I share my notes with my students to help them retain the information and revise.
