Basic foundations of Drawing and experimental Drawing

My name is Paco, I am a 22-years-old Spanish artist and dancer. I did a Fine Arts degree in Spain and now I keep making visual arts exhibitions and developing my researches in art and dancing.

Drawing is a tool that allows us to understand our surroundings and ourselves.
Through this course, you can learn how to draw from the very fundamental bases of this language. We will focus on proportions, perspectives, shapes, light and shades, and the understanding of different drawing materials.
Furthermore, we can explorer the experimental part of this world while we learn about contemporary artists, trying to understand the huge diversity of art languages and drawing styles during the last centuries.
Drawing as a way to express yourself, of giving shape to your feelings, of joy and play, of poetry. Drawing as a way of finding your style and personal language.
These private lessons are perfect to develop the sensibility and creative world of the youngest as well as to encourage the adults to create, to explore their childish side and to learn a very powerful language that can reach to say things that cannot be shaped by words.
This course is perfectly adaptable to the necessities of each student. Although you are experienced in drawing or a beginner, we will make a very personal process of formation.

I offer drawing, painting, and 3-dimensional sculpture courses and opportunities for students to explore the different mediums and create an impressive portfolio. I will prepare students to develop their interest in three-dimensional work. Students will be creating work with Cray and 3-dimensional materials. The course will begin withdrawing lessons, model building, and work in clay. Later students will experience mixed media sculptures with other materials. I can help students who wish to create an impressive portfolio for their university preparation. I have fine arts degree from Chicago and works as a studio artist and art teacher.

I graduated from an art school where I learned all the important classical techniques of drawing, painting and sculpture. I would like to pass on the knowledge I have acquired through my studies and practice and give those who so wish the opportunity to go on a journey into the world of art and improve their language and technique.
The lessons are open to all levels.

The techniques covered range from drawing with pencil, charcoal and pastel chalk to all painting styles (watercolor, oil, acrylic, tempera). You have the opportunity to experiment on different types of paper (with different weights and colors) and canvases.

The topics change from lesson to lesson and can range from the human body to the landscape to the wildlife, depending on your preferences and desires.

Particular attention is paid to the method so that the finished work is clean, pleasant and as expressive as possible.

- in a world where everyone can take photos with their cell phone, why still draw?

- Is drawing an attempt to capture reality or is it a tool to comment on it?

The lessons are an invitation for beginners and advanced learners to try out various practical techniques and discuss the results.

When it comes to drawing, one of the biggest obstacles is letting go of self-criticism and just starting and working. We will deal precisely with this difficulty. We will learn through extraordinary exercises how to simply train the hands and at the same time suspend the critical mind.

Later, we will focus on observing the drawings and try to understand the mystery of what works and what doesn't.

My name is Oded, I am originally from Israel. After 6 years of studying, I completed my studies at the UdK in 2019. In recent years I have participated in several exhibitions and residency programs.
My main artworks are films, watercolor paintings and comics.
Teaching is a very important task for me.

Online and offline consultation appointments, group or individual courses for young artists who aspire to apply to German-speaking art academies/colleges/universities, led by the artist, who has dedicated his multi-year practice to media art and performative practices in public spaces to the participant many international exhibitions, festivals and biennale, winner of several national and international competitions.

Movement can be funny, so can you or not. You chose or not. Being funny can be learned as being expressive.

I have studied Lecoq Technique(Pantomime, Tragedy, Drama, Mask Theater, Clown) and Decroux (Mime Corporel). These are physical theater approaches. I am passionate about moving the body in space and the effect it brings. Finding the humor in the physicality and rhythm delightens my everyday life and I am happy to share the fun.

I am very open to adjust to your needs, if you have an idea what you want, tell me and we do it. I can also help you with your performance or when you are a circus artist and want to level up your acting skill.

To do this, we stay at the location, we explore it, what do we notice? Who uses it and how? Are there strange objects or situations that irritate me here?
How can I capture or portray this place artistically?
The medium can be freely chosen; it can be a photograph or series, a painting, a drawing, a map, a film or something else. It can be a sketch for a larger project or a test system.
Examples of artworks are shown as input, and there are collegial sessions where the participants discuss their designs and get feedback. I support the participants throughout the entire process.
The course is structured in such a way that we alternate between exploring the site and working time in the studio.

Based on my PhD research and teaching experience, the course encourages imagination and hands-on learning. Each session introduces a fresh theme and activity — whether building, sketching, or storytelling.

I work as an illustrator and graphic designer in Berlin and teach children of all ages the joy of drawing and painting through private lessons and group workshops.

During my time as an artist in residence, I also led art workshops for local children to support and develop their creativity. Currently, I teach comic classes at a primary school in Berlin.

I am passionate about encouraging children's imagination and self-expression. I especially enjoy working with children who feel unsure about their drawing skills, helping them discover the joy of creating art and build confidence in their own abilities.

Art is a form of self-expression, and most importantly, it should be fun. I offer a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves and grow creatively at their own pace!
