My aim is to make Maths easy for everyone by working on their struggling areas.

Math is not as difficult as it seems. If you quote examples from real life, you will find it really interesting and in fact easy to understand. Everyone needs to do some calculations, irrespective of what they do.
I like making challenging topics easier to understand and to know the struggling areas of students and work on them to make him confident and good in that particular topic.

• Supporting SEN students during lessons by writing the key concepts on mini white boards and highlighting significant terms/ vocabulary of the lesson.
• Enhancing the learning of students through interventions like catch-up numeracy & Symphony Maths that bridges the gap between their mental age and chronological age.
• Providing scaffolded information to students and guiding them to use it appropriately to become capable of doing tasks independently.
• Motivating them through rewards like giving achievement points or verbal appreciation to encourage them for trying harder.
