Sometimes you are confident with knowing a lot of English but what opportunities have you had to speak it? My class provides one-to-one opportunities to speak to me (a native English speaker) I can give you constructive feedback and points to improve on. It can be difficult to get talking and overcoming that initial shyness especially when you fear speaking in a language you are not used to. I will find a way to get you to overcome those hurdles and provide a useful soundboard to hear yourself improve in your pronunciation, grammar and elocution. I can support with helping you with speaking in public. I recommend short sessions of 30 mins if you are a beginner, or when you start out (you will feel tired to begin with) and then build up to an hour and then 90 minutes as your confidence grows. I can negotiate 2 hours if you want to practise for ielts or advanced PTE. (I would highly recommend that you use me as a resource for this - to sharpen your speaking skills) NB: I have undertaken the PTE advanced, I can see where there are trials for a non-native English speaker. I can emulate the test and support you in this, one of the more challenging area.

I provide two types of learning one focus is on the elementary/ primary skills for children from Early Years to the end of primary age (age 11/12) I teach all curriculum subjects - the main core are English [ reading, writing and speaking] and science. I can support with homework learning and enhance the skills that that the learner has covered in class. My second option is providing learning and practise of your English language skills, I can guide you to be a more confident learner and more accomplished. I can work on all areas of English with you.
