The beginner class series introduces the theory of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. I will help you focus on any specific problems you may have such as back pain, neck pain, anxiety or any other chronic issues.
Do you have a difficult time speaking fluently in English? Do you find it embarassing? You have the right words but just can't express yourself properly? If so, this class is for you! I will help you speak English more fluently and teach you techniques that will help you get through public speaking engagements like a breeze.
