I see my role more as a guide or tutor, someone who creates a supportive environment where students feel comfortable to learn and making mistakes. I enjoy working with students in a collaborative way: for example, giving them exercises or homework, and then going through the corrections together, so that the focus is not only on the result but also on the learning process. Since I have taught Italian to foreign students in the past, I have developed an approach that emphasizes patience, clarity, and adaptability. I believe it is important to meet students where they are, to understand their individual needs, and to adjust my explanations accordingly. For me, being an "instructor" means encouraging curiosity, motivating students to engage actively, and helping them build confidence step by step.
