Changhee is currently pursuing a doctorate of music in piano performance at the Université de Montréal, specializing in keyboard improvisation, and holds a master's and bachelor's degree from the Eastman School of Music. He is a versatile musician with extensive experience as a collaborative pianist, church musician, teacher, composer, and jazz pianist. He currently teaches musicianship courses at McGill University and Université de Montréal.

I teach singing, piano, music awareness/introduction and solfège.

I live in Madrid and I'm a student pursuing a higher degree in singing (jazz and contemporary music). I dedicate a good part of my time to teaching (music and language) through private online or in-person lessons.

I started giving private lessons to children at their homes when I lived in Germany. During the 2022-2023 academic year, I taught piano to students of all ages at the RedMusik Music School (Igualada, Catalonia).

I studied piano and other instruments for over 15 years at the UGDA and the Luxembourg City Conservatory. After many years of solfège and piano, I obtained the Conservatory's "Première Mention" certificate with the highest possible grade, "Très Bien".

A good music lesson should include not only technique and reading sheet music, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational playing with the instrument, and ear training and rhythm exercises. I am interested in designing the lesson creatively and adapting it to the needs and desires of the student.
