Hello, my name is Sunghoon (Sun). I’m a native Korean speaker and a certified Korean language teacher, officially recognized by the National Institute of Korean Language.
I have over 5 years of teaching experience both online and in-person since early 2020. I’ve taught hundreds of students around the world from all walks of life. My students have various reasons to take lessons – studying or working in Korea, taking up a new hobby, re-connecting with their family of Korean heritage and more. They are making progress each week to reach their goals.
Whatever their reason, they’re making steady progress toward their goals — and you can too.
I strive to be respectful, open-minded, and encouraging. I deeply admire anyone who challenges themselves to learn something new. Learners of all ages, nationalities, professions, and gender identities are always welcome.
