Über mich

I've been practicing yoga for three years, it's my passion. After taking my 200hours teacher training certificate in India I started having private classes at my client's home. Now I would like to expand my teachings on line as well.
It's a joy to me sharing this discipline with all his physical and spiritual benefits. :)

After 3 years of daily practice I decided to improve it going for one month to India and studying all the yoga aspects, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy.

I am a Yoga teacher for Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Himalayan Kriya Yoga, certified by Yoga Alliance. In my classes I focus on alignment and the creation of good and healthy foundations to create a profound Yoga experience. Additionally to that I integrate energy and breath work into the classes to release physical blockages and increase the overall energy level that is accesable for you in your daily life.

If requested or needed in case of physical pain, the practice can be topped up by traditional thai massage or foot-reflexology.
