I am a real passionate of Mathematics cause I feel like it is a field whose application cut across every other fields in the world. For most people, this tend to be one the most complicated and difficult subject that exists.

My aim is to serve as bridge for people to cross that gap and mostly help wipe that fear related to Mathematics.

Tutoring for me is the best way to share my knowledge and also gain knowledge from students.

I like creating an atmosphere of confidence and friendly relationship with my students in order to help them tackle their difficulties.

I am slow in speaking and fast at listening, as such students are sure that I will always give them the attention they need.

Though not really related to classes but also like to sing and I play guitar. Creating an environment with students by sharing their passions increases the learning efficiency of the student.

At this level, I was introduced to courses like algebra, calculus, and geometry, ordinary differential equations.

At this level, I was introduced to courses like functional analysis, partial differential equation at the first year. Then at the second year wrote a Masters thesis in Classical analysis.

Currently studying a Masters in Applied Computer Science at Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB).

As a computer engineer, I offer assistance in mastering programming languages, particularly those in the .NET world, as well as DBMS such as SQL Server and MySQL.
This course is aimed at students who wish to prepare for a bachelor's degree in computer science, as well as those who have computer science subjects in their program of study.

Filemaker is not strictly speaking a language. It is rather a DBMS (database management system) that comes from the Apple world, but also runs on Windows. It can be used alone or as part of a network with a database (DB) shared on a server either internal or remote. Access to data is done tonight with a PC, a Mac or an iPad tablet. Access via the web browser is also possible.
Filemaker makes it easy to create a management system to keep customer information, make invoices, manage inventory. The product is easy to use and evolves a lot.

How were video games written in the 1980s? Not in Python or Java or even C / C ++, but in the only possible language: machine code! Through the Commodore 64 (physical or emulator) we learn together the basics of how to program a computer without the modern obstacles (operating system, web,). These classes are also ideal for students interested in embedded and / or other low-level systems.
About myself: In the 80's I was a professional video games programmer working in the UK. Since then I have added 30+ years of software engineering experience.

Since early childhood I have been obsessed with computers. All my degrees have been in the domain of computer science from high school to bachelor, master and a PhD in Information Systems I chose not to to finish at the last moment. Instead I chose to co-found a spin-off that became the most successful Belgian tech company, for which I was CTO for years.

At university I was a teaching assistant and enjoyed giving hands-on courses very much. My education and experience is pretty broad so it would be laundry list of programming languages, conceptual modelling techniques and database implementations.. But some of my favourites are python, ruby, C/C++ and Java. But trust me the principles are all the same. To be entirely correct, there's procedural, functional, object oriented and prototype based languages If you're an advanced student which I can help you with on how to think in those concepts.

I spent every Saturday in the Apple store were my father worked as a child and then added Linux to my repertoire at a later age I tackled unix based operating systems like Linux.

ABOUT THIS LESSON:
I offer tutoring in Python programming and mathematics for university and college students. I also support secondary school and primary school students in all scientific subjects.

My focus is on the student being able to find the solution independently, step by step, and I help where necessary by providing mini-tips to help them reach the next step. This makes my method much more personalized than standard classroom teaching.

For me, all learning starts with understanding each step and I have several methods/tools to present and clarify this. If it is difficult to understand, I explain it in a different way, in my own words, so that the material is certainly understood, as this is the first step towards fully mastering the material in the subjects I teach.

This is followed by learning to devise and write code yourself, but if this is too difficult to write a complete solution in an empty program, I have a diagram/step-by-step plan and extra tips and tricks to work towards the final solution in a much more structured way.

If you have taken lessons with me or are still taking them, you can always send me questions via chat between lessons and I will quickly help you as best as possible so that you can continue practicing on yourself. I just do this during one of my own study breaks and I enjoy doing it.

I am a 22-year-old master's student in Commercial Engineering at KU Leuven. I started tutoring my sister, nephews, nieces and friends and I get a lot of satisfaction from improving and helping others when they come to me for help.

Because I have been tutoring consistently for several years, I have the right resources to present learning material in an understandable way and to strengthen the motivation, concentration and independent study of my students.

I also studied civil engineering for 2 years and passed the Python programming subject in that course with flying colors. I stopped doing this because the rest of the course did not interest me enough. In commercial engineering I also had part of a Python course that was much easier and for which I therefore achieved a great distinction.

Ableton Live is a great program, but it takes a while to get the hang of it. I have been working with it for 7 years and am starting to know it inside and out. It speeds up your creation process enormously if you know the software well. Otherwise it can take a long time and you get discouraged faster. In addition to Ableton Live, I am also starting to know Max. This is not a DAW but a visual programming language that is often used by artists because you do not have to learn to write code for it right away. You can use it to make music, but also for lights and video. It is a very deep program with many possibilities. I can give you the basics of this.
