I have been tutoring for more than 5 years. I focus on teaching English and Math. I prefer personalizing the class according to students' needs. Regarding mathematics, I had a lot of classes with secondary school children in order to help them to prepare for admission exam. I also enjoy teaching English. I have FCE and IELTS certificate. I lived in the US for 6 months and I was a teacher of English in the language school in Mexico last summer. After graduating from high school with a specialisation in modern languages and humanities, I moved to the United Kingdom to study Journalism. Living in London for over three years allowed me to perfect my written and spoken English. I specialize in teaching Math, English, French, Biology, History and Geography. My goal is to challenge the learner / student and so to speak, "let the brain work", but not too overwhelming.
I give homework if the parent is okay with it, and provide periodic progress reports.
I teach at locations such as in the park, at my home or with the student / pupil.

To start we will first talk about your experience and current skill level and then look at where you could improve on. We will discuss which areas you want to focus on, where I can prepare materials for you to get you more secure in speaking and writing the language depending on what your goal is!
I will then personally create and structure the lessons for you and help you wherever possible :)

Some sort of Homework or exercise will be introduced but of course in a fun way. If you want to focus on writing I can give you practice writing exercises and we can go over these together!

Taking on English lessons with me will help you prepare for any language obstacles you have had up until now. My teaching methods vary from client to client and depend on their current language skills; writing essay type reports for school, reading and understanding the book all your friends talk about, or just to be able to have a fluent conversation, whatever the problem we can work through it together.

I immerse myself in the material that a student has difficulty with, in this case a language and/or a math problem. It is true that I am currently guiding a girl from secondary education with beginners French and German.
But the majority of my tutoring children come from groups 6, 7 and 8 of primary school.
