This course is aimed at people working in Human Resources and seeks to provide the learner with deeper knowledge of the application of Employment Law in the Human Resources function. We will teach you the essentials of employment law, with practical details of how to apply the law to your work. This course will support learners to give comprehensive employment law advice and guidance in their roles. This session is suitable for HR Assistants, HR Coordinators, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and people new to HR. It also compliments the CIPD professional Award in Employment Law. However we have included up to date changes in employment law up to January 2022 and new laws due to be implemented during the Spring of 2023.
